Oftentimes when new homes are constructed the builders install windows in places that do not provide much for the imagination of the nosey neighbor. This customer in Flower Mound built this home on a zero lot line and had windows in the front that faced a park where people often congregate. The customer wanted to allow natural light inside the home but limit the ability to see inside the home while looking at it from the outside during the day. Another challenge to overcome was the shower enclosure which butted up to the bathroom door. With young kids the customer wanted to have a little privacy in the event a child barged into the bathroom unannounced.

There is not a product that exists that provides privacy at night if you want to be able to see out of your windows during the day.
